Advanced AJP (Intermediate Level)

Advanced AJP is an intermediate level class. Warning, this is not for beginners! This level of burn requires strength, mobility and a strong core. If you are doing pilates 2+ times a week and are wanting that extra level of burn, this is the class for you.

This class is a 45 minute full body class, targeting your glutes, inner thighs, upper body and lots of core. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class starts.
