What is the AJP Method?

The AJP method is a combination of classical and contemporary reformer Pilates. With only 9 reformers, every client has the mirror directly in front of them and your instructor has the perfect view to observe and correct your form.

Your class is personalised to you, ensuring every class is challenging and engaging. The support, guidance and cues offered in our classes are different from any other Pilates studio.

During class, every client will achieve fatigue and that signature AJP burn. You will leave an AJP class with your core, glutes and inner thighs on fire. Upper body is a bonus.
