Signature AJP (Beginner)
Signature AJP is the perfect class for all levels, including beginners.
Advanced AJP (Intermediate)
Advanced AJP is an intermediate level class. Warning, this is not for beginners!
Stretch AJP
Stretch AJP is an open level class for those wanting to deepen their mind body connection and improve their flexibility and mobility.
Golf AJP
