Signature AJP (Beginner Level)

Signature AJP is the perfect class for all levels, including beginners. You will be guided through a challenging 45 minute full body class. This class will target your glutes, inner thighs, upper body and lots of core.

Your AJP instructor will provide options to elevate your class to the next level of intensity, but will also provide options if you are needing support. Regardless of your strength, age, ability you are welcome to attend this class and you will love that signature AJP burn! You will leave this class feeling energised, longer, stronger and eager to come back for more. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class starts.
