From beginner-friendly flows to focused series like Golf AJP, restorative Stretch sessions to private one-on-one training, each class is a full-body experience that leaves you feeling energised, lengthened, and strong.

Signature AJP is the perfect class for all levels, including beginners. You will be guided through a challenging 45 minute full body class. This class will target your glutes, inner thighs, upper body and lots of core. You AJP instructor will provide options to elevate your class to the next level of intensity, but will also provide options if you are needing support. Regardless of your strength, age, ability you are welcome to attend this class and you will love that signature AJP burn! You will leave this class feeling energised, longer, stronger and eager to come back for more. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class starts.

Advanced AJP is an intermediate level class. Warning, this is not for beginners! This level of burn requires strength, mobility and a strong core. If you are doing pilates 2+ times a week and are wanting that extra level of burn, this is the class for you. This class is a 45 minute full body class, targeting your glutes, inner thighs, upper body and lots of core. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class starts.

Stretch AJP is an open level class for those wanting to deepen their mind body connection and improve their flexibility and mobility. The reformer is used as a tool to deepen your stretches and gives you support to push your body further than you would on a mat. Think dim lighting, candles and a restorative class to allow your mind to be quiet and your body to feel lengthened. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class starts.

Golf AJP is a 4 week series for golfers wanting to improve their game. This four week course is made up of four 45 minute classes that offer a full body workout, targeting specific areas such as upper body, core and key focus such as, rotation and mobility. If you want to improve your swing and lower your handicap, this course is for you. Our AJP golfer, Zoe runs this class only twice a week and there is very limited availability so please book in advance. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class starts.

Pre/post Natal AJP is nurturing and challenging for mothers. You will be guided through a 45 minute full body work, with that signature AJP burn, but with notifications and options to help support you in your pre/post natal journey. Please note that all babies are welcome in the studio, so long as they are not crawling, due to health and safety. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class starts.

Private AJP is one one one personalised pilates. Private AJP allows you to achieve your pilates goals faster with intense corrections and undivided attention. Tactile cueing plays a huge role in private AJP. This 45 minute full body workout will leave you feeling fatigued and energised all at once. Availability is very limited so please enquire by contacting Anna directly.
