Foundation AJP (Beginner Level)
Foundation AJP is the perfect class for those who are brand new to Pilates or working through an injury. You will be guided through a challenging 45 minute full body class. This class will target your glutes, inner thighs, upper body and lots of core, but you will work through at a slower pace with supportive springs.
Your AJP instructor will provide options to elevate your class to the next level of challenge, but more importantly you will also be provided with options if you are needing support. Regardless of your strength, age, ability you are welcome to attend this class and you will love that signature AJP burn! You will leave this class feeling energised, longer, stronger and eager to come back for more. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class starts to discuss any concerns, injuries or worries you may have with your instructor.
