Golf AJP

Golf AJP is a 4 week series for golfers wanting to improve their game. This four week course is made up of four 45 minute classes that offer a full body workout, targeting specific areas such as upper body, core and key focus such as, rotation and mobility.

If you want to improve your swing and lower your handicap, this course is for you. Our AJP golfer, Zoe runs this class only twice a week and there is very limited availability so please book in advance. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class starts.
