Golf AJP
Golf AJP is a Pilates class for golfers wanting to improve their game. This is a 45 minute class that offers a full body workout, targeting specific areas such as upper body, core and key focus such as, rotation and mobility. If you want to improve your swing and lower your handicap, this class is for you.
Our AJP golfer, Zoe runs this class only once a week and there is very limited availability so please book in advance. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class starts.
